This Privacy Policy explains how BrainStick ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the BrainStick mobile game.
Information We Collect
BrainStick does not require users to create an account and does not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, photos, camera access, or microphone access.
The App may collect or process the following information:
- Gameplay and app usage data, such as session identifiers, level starts, level completions, level failures, ad events, purchase events, and related gameplay metrics.
- Crash and diagnostic data, such as crash logs, error messages, device and app information, and other technical details needed to find and fix problems.
- Advertising data processed by Google AdMob, which may include device identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, and information used to show, measure, and improve ads, depending on user consent and device settings.
- Purchase information processed by Google Play Billing when users buy or restore the optional remove-ads purchase. We do not receive full payment card details.
- Local game data stored on the device, such as progress and remove-ads status.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the App, save game progress, provide optional purchases, show and manage ads, understand how the game is used, improve levels and gameplay, detect crashes, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and comply with legal and platform requirements.
Third-Party Services
BrainStick uses third-party services that may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies:

Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers such as Google/Firebase/AdMob and Google Play Billing to provide analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and purchase functionality. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the App, users, or our legal rights.
Advertising and Consent
BrainStick may show ads through Google AdMob. Where required, the App requests advertising consent before showing personalized ads. Users can manage ad personalization through their device settings and, where available, through the consent form shown in the App.
Data Retention
We keep analytics and diagnostic information only for as long as reasonably needed to operate, improve, and protect the App. Local game data remains on the user's device unless the user clears app data or uninstalls the App. Third-party services may retain data according to their own policies.
Children's Privacy
BrainStick is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you choose a Google Play target audience that includes children, additional Google Play Families Policy and child privacy requirements may apply.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
You can reset or limit advertising identifiers in your device settings. You can clear local game data through Android app settings or uninstall the App. To request deletion of data associated with your use of the App, contact us using the email address below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
